This policy explains how Sol Genesys LLC ("Sol Genesys," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit sol-genesys.com or contact us. We collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work you hire us for.
What we collect
When you use our booking form or email us, we collect what you choose to send, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and (if you give them) your phone number and company name
- The address for an on-site visit, or your general location for a video call
- Details about your project, the services you're interested in, and dates that suit you
Our web host may also record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and running. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it

- To prepare recommendations and quotes
- To do the work you hire us for and keep you updated
- To keep our website and systems secure
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Booking requests are sent to our business email and saved in a spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account, which Google LLC runs for us. Our website is served by our web host. These providers handle information on our behalf and can't use it for their own purposes.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a business sale or merger.
Google Fonts
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser details when you visit. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
We don't set cookies on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to reply, do the work, and keep the business records the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Security
We use encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls on our business accounts. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
